I have a NVIDIA gpu and intel cpu
every time I connect every thing I start a Vr game and every thing is tracking As I can see from the game on my monitor ,but wont be displayed in my Oculus quest 2 headset

I had this issue. Enabled hdr in alvr then I disabled hdr and it started working. Hope it works for you
