For some reason if my headset tries to connect to ALVR through the Wired connection mode and the headset tries to connect to the Streamer, SteamVR will show the error in the attached screenshot and it won't work if you push past it.
For reference I'm using Windows with the Quest 3 on the latest firmware. I used the Windows zip for installation.
My CPU is and AMD Ryzen 7 5800X and my graphics card is a GeForce RTX 3060 and it's a PC.
I also attached the session.json file.
#Can't launch SteamVR when using wired connection.

My logs are just stating that I set the firewall rules a few times because I know the firewall can fuck with how ports are handled so I just removed and added them a few times to no avail.

That's if you wanna see them though
And ya this is what happens after the error. You can't use it and it's annoying because I have to also restart Steam to restart it since it won't recognize as closed.
Oh yeah further information since I forgot:
The error actually persists until you restart your PC, I noticed this when I restarted SteamVR without ALVR. It is still an ALVR problem though because it only starts when you try to use ALVR with wired mode as I said.
Further information after trying to reinstall ALVR, it wouldn't let me uninstall because of adb.exe, and after closing that, SteamVR worked (obviously without ALVR). So something about adb.exe is broken.
So to summarize the issue, it seems like the version of ADB that’s used for wired connections tries to use a port that SteamVR needs and breaks SteamVR as a result.
