No I use CTT I have no problem

I do not think that I did, however I have not seen it, so it may have been something I fat-fingered. I will check it out.

I re-enabled the UAC, and nothing happened. I also tried after re-enabling it un-installing and re-installing the software, running as administrator, and restarting and doing both again.

It never popped up.

The Prompt will pop up if i try to press remove firewall rules strangely enough

Is there any way for me to get a more in depth description of what went wrong other than "It failed."

It failed because it needs administrator rights (I could be wrong but that’s the most logical explanation for me)

I completely reinstalled windows and it still didn't work.
