reset to default settings using the "installation" tab on left

make sure you extract the zip file to some folder

#

dont run the exe from inside the zip file like windows suggests

your problem is not headset related - that comes later, first need to connect alvr to steamvr

you internet seems good - but they are dicks and throttle everything - use a vpn and it will get magically faster

and make sure ethernet connection in windows is set to private not public
