Quest 2 mic with wired ALVR?

Is it possible to use the quest 2 mic with ALVR connected with a link cable, i tried to use voicemeeter but the quest 2 mic doesnt work on it, any other mic i have works fine

i already tried that but i can test it again i have the driver and voicemeeter installed
so i uninstall both and then just install the driver right?

and make sure to select your headphone as audio ouput in windows and not vb cable

And don't forget as i wrote, to restart your pc when it tells you to do so (so after uninstallation AND installation)

and in windows you select your headphones or whatever but not CABLE, in my case its
