I am confused, I have the problem where my connection seems to freeze at the last image and not refresh.
It weirdly seems to perfectly render on my laptop fine.
The quest 3 also manages to work with horizon worlds in this state.

I have tried restarting the quest 3 and
reducing the bit rate from 200 Mbit/s AV1 to 20.

revert to default settings, use presets

do not manually tweak settings until you have good baseline

After a bit of testing, it seems to happen in big worlds with many player characters, or one very optimized charachter. GPU is 100% utilitized in "3D" stuff according to Windows 11 and then the utilization for encode drops of a cliff.
My theory is that my GPU is preoccupied with rendering, that it doesn't manage to do any encoding.

This would also explain how I get smooth 30 fps in the desktop but not in vr.

I have a laptop with 2 GPUs, is it somehow possibile to use one of them to encode and the other one to render?

Or just try it with software rendering encoding?
