SteamVR crashing when pressing "Launch SteamVR" | ALVR | Page 1

When i press "Launch SteamVR" in ALVR, it open steamvr but its a black screen with no ui and it crash and alvr too crash, i reinstalled SteamVR and it worked but i was wondering if they any faster/easier fixes?

I reinstalled steamvr and it keep happening

ok i rolled back alvr version and it seem to work

but my hand are super glitchy

they are teleporting everywhere when moving 🙏

Yeah now the problem is that when i move my quest 2 controller too fast there is like a throwing affect
