black screen on quest pro :/ everything else works fine

hi ive been trying to troubleshoot my black screen in quest pro for hours. ive read the troubleshooting guide, adding that command line to the launch options and also tried downgrading my steam vr but nothing has worked. for context: my game and steam vr and everything works perfectly, i can load into a game on my pc and see the vr view on it and use controls but in my headset, its just a black screen

UPDATE!! i fixed it by adding the location of my folder that was in troubleshoot then adding %command% HOWEVER now i cant use my controllers

it pops up change bindings for vrchat and my quest pro controllers arent listed

it looks like if i close vrchat, which is where im having the issue, i can use my controllers in the steam home

when i go to edit the bindings for vrchat controller, it wont let me

i click the button to create new binding and it doesnt do anything

also if i change the binding to custom instead of default and close out and go back in, it changes to default

oh whats that?

also i have downgraded steam could that be an issue?
