#High latency and low client fps

On Arch linux, KDE plasma dekstop environment. I have an Nvidia 2080s paired with a Ryzen 7 3800x and I'm getting high latency and low client fps. I have played using a virtual machine with Windows, using oculus air link with my quest and it worked well, however I'm getting very high latency with alvr. How can I make this more performant?

Also the internet is 5G and the pc is connected with a cable
