software encoder works and i get video (horible video ofc tho) but hardware encoder throws "Encoder: Provided device doesn't support required NVENC features" even tho it corectly identifies and tries to use my dgpu "Using Vulkan device NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti with Max-Q Design", i belive i have all the drivers you need... on fedora, gnome, latest alvr with the tar.gz, also on a laptop with an amd igpu, but it picks the correct one so that shouldnt be the problem?
