I have a ARC A750 8GB. Ive heard it doesnt really support vr which is why im putting a AMD card in soon, but is there any alternative for now that will fix the game lag and quality

Specs: INTEL i5 12600KF
32GB DDR4 3200MHZ
INTEL ARC A750 Limited Edition
10TB GEN4 Nvme m.2 SSD
3 Gigabit Wifi 6 Card (Using Gigabit Ethernet)
Oculus Quest 1

Do you have Resizable Bar enabled?

As long as you keep you settings reasonable, the A750 should run pretty well.

i dont have issues with running big games or rtx or anything its just vr being incredibly laggy and bitratey especially phasmophobia

Are you connecting to a 2.4 Ghz access point from the quest? From what I've heard, 5 Ghz is needed for any sort of high bitrates.
