Currently to get wired alvr working you need to port forward tcp/udp:9943 and 9944 either manually or via script. Is there any way for ALVR to perform this automatically without screwing with commands?

I plan to support usb connections with libusb without using adb at all. The socket rewrite mentioned in the last release changelog had as primary goal allowing the integration with libusb
