output selection behavior `&out OUT_BLE` on startup?

Is there a way to set the output selection behaviour on startup rather than have it bound to a key?

Currently I have &out OUT_BLE as a keybinding in my keymap, as detailed in https://zmk.dev/docs/keymaps/behaviors/outputs, but I want it permanently without having to press anything or reset if I reflash my keyboard.

Once you press it, the selection will be persisted to flash storage after one minute (see the note box in the docs). So the next time you boot, it will automatically be in effect
