say I'm typing the word roll. I have my repeat key on the left, so I can easily hit the repeat key before the l key lifts up.

Typing order is l down, repeat down, l up repeat up
and that doesn't work for me. The repeat key appears to send nothing.

While typing this out I think that it's b/c there just in no break between l and the same l signal getting sent to the OS and the OS just interprets this as the l key being held down in one longer key press.

Wondering if anyone has a solution to this? is there a way to force repeat key to send some type of global key_up message before sending the repeated key?
