Does anybody know if it is possible to integrate these sensors into home assistant? I have looked around and not found much of an answer. I'm not sure if the E1 hub and sensors need removing from the Aqara app and then somehow add them in HA.
It would be preferable to simply port them across and leave them in the Aqara app like all other brands seem to so.

Use the Homekit integration if you want to keep them in the Aqara app for some reason

I do not currently use Homekit and never have to be fair so here comes some more learning. Paul Hibbert was right, getting home assistant regrows virginity 🤣

You don't need any Apple devices to use Homekit, should just show up 😄

Hmm so I added the Homekit integration and it found the HA Homekit bridge. I cannot seem to find how to get the stuff from my Homekit on my phone to HA

You don't add the Homekit integration, it will automatically discover it
Are you saying you already connected the aqara through Homekit to your phone?

I added the Homekit integration on HA. It hen scanned and found a homekit hub within the home assistant yellow. The aqara devices are showing in homekit on my phone but I do not remember doing that

Should I be deleting them from Homekit on my phone?

I'm not sure if you can pair more than 1 Homekit network at a time, most accessories you can't

Then is there a way to get HA to do a scan so I can get them into it?

You need to do a network reset of the Aqara, not sure on that one but on other Aqara hubs you hold the button for 10 seconds and it says network reset. Then just set it up again but don't accept Homekit stuff
