I'm not exactly sure what I added since last time, but I've redone the trainer it's now fully in Lua using CET instead of C++. These are some of the new features in weapons, vehicle spawner, time controls, weather features, and more to come. It's starting to fill up more!
This looks great, are you planning on release it sooner or later?
As soon as I figure out how to restrict certain actions when using the controller and keyboard.
So far the controls are just arrow keys which seems to work okay with default controls without blocking anything

I added a new section called Development menu that lets you do basic stuff like adding attribute points to any attribute, enabling or disabling perks by category, and seeing which ones are already active. It also pulls in-game descriptions (though some are a bit messy due to HTML tags). The Resources section lets you add money, perk points, and attribute points. The Proficiency Levels section lets you edit all your skill levels from player level to technical ability. I also added Custom Modifiers, which pulls all in-game modifiers and lets you apply them however you want for your session.
