Modifies the Legendary, Plus and PlusPlus versions of the Apogee Sandevistan giving it, in theory, unlimited run time.
The cost of this infinite runtime however, is that V's health pool will be slowly deminished; the more V uses the Sandevistan per day, the greater amounts of health will be consumed.
A reset of the health cost can be done by sleeping in V's apartment.

Cyberpunk 2077 - David's EdgeRunners Apogee

Instead of having a duration and cooldown; this Apogee has infinite duration, in theory, as it eats V's health; if V can stay alive the Apogee will keep slowing time.

they only added the edgerunners sandy effects to smasher unfortunately
