#Vanilla++ (V²)

need you guys' input on which angle looks better
1 shows off more, but if you're going on Nexus, 2 would be useful. Anyway, I think I prefer 1. Yeah.
isn't this e3 2019 LM?
no?
First is V³ disabled, second is with HDR Tonemapping in SDR, third is with SDR Tonemapping in SDR
Nice work. You really zeroed vanilla's issues without completely throwing it out. Vanilla+ indeed.
I prefer 2, but 3 is still overall better than vanilla.
First is V3 disabled, second is with HDR Tonemapping working in SDR with Vanilla HDR LUT, third is SDR Tonemapping working in SDR with Vanilla SDR LUT
confusing names, but trust me it's the clearest way to convey what i mean
Vanilla CG keeps the green tint
released V3
So far so good, though it looks like you uploaded V3 SDR Tonemapping as Vanilla LUT for SDR Tonemapping as well, they're the same file.
so apparently, you can get V³ to work with other weather mods and LUT mods
I like V3 HDR best so far, on it's own, no LUT pack or anything
Night looks much better
I'm currently using GITS visuals + V³
i figured out how to get it to work
HDR in SDR saves this game sometimes
Yep. Here's V3 HDR with GITS. I think I did it right.
So far I really like it, all HDR tonemapping though. Haven't really tried the SDR one, but I think the HDR tonemapping serves the visuals better. Kind of like a pseudo E3 look.
Mind if I make some tweaks? I'll keep it to myself, of course.
I mean, of course not, go ahead
I actually would like to know
what tweaks you are makign
Nothing crazy. Testing different scattering values, the effect is much less obvious without your R18 mod, no matter what the value is. Not really sure why. I made (and this might be blasphemy) film grain a bit more pronounced, as it helps hide the grain of SSR if you can't trace any rays, lol. Also changed the exposure compensation just a bit, but I don't think it really matters.
Liking this mod, alot better on your eyes then vanilla lol. Vanilla can start making your eyes burn. would be nice if you do what you did for clouds in this like your other mod
Any chance for an old archive version?
no

V³ HDR Tonemapping + GITS VISUALS
Hi ! i'm a bit confused , when using GITS weather (from V3 mod page) alongside V3 LUT and V3 HDR tone mapping, should i follow the method described in the advanced section ?
allright so its ready to install then ? also GITS weather should be last in the load order right ?
yes
oh, and just for context, it will not look like the screenshot above
i modified it
forgot to upload
here
just replace the mod from nexus with this one
just slightly enhancing the experience lol
slightly
I think next on the chopping block is UI stuff, I kind of give up on 2018 for now -- too little documentation for me to go ahead and spend months of my time on.
I really enjoy the feel , darker nights and foggy days give the game a noire touch ... but weather seems broken tho , i know GITS weather is about fog and cloud but it never rains .
So its nice but quiet boring after 2 hours of gameplay .
I'm a newbie with wolvenkit and modding CP77 in general so excuse me if i'm wrong .
So i took some times to look at weather conditions with wolvenkit ,weather conditions are set by .env files but since there is 2 of them in V3 tone map i don't know wich one prevails ,and wich reccords actually modify conditions and probabiltys .
So if you know some ressources about weather systems it would be very appreciated .
I even tried the bladerunner easter egg method
use hilo call weather
Heyo null so I tried using GITS and followed the instruction, but it severely darkened the lighting at night. Is that supposed to happen?
Tweaking bloom rn
a little bit of a preview
only supporting V3 HDR
so replace VVV HDR tonemapping with this
how 2 rename a thread?
V² - A confusing name for a simple visual mod.
Well, since im doing a version two of V3, I named it V2
I'm bad at names
(if you haven't noticed)
also I can now have a reason for the squared, vanilla+ visuals = vv = v²
is math mod now??

I love RTX
