What I did next, I expanded VolumetricAreaSettings, used copyBytes on absorption. This is where it might get tricky. In my case, I had to manually duplicate absorption, as it didn't do anything with the paste script, but before we get to that, we'll see how it works for you. Once you've got absorption copied, use the paste script, and it should duplicate it.

Only one issue I found was some Translucent bug on characters. But not a big deal probably some character lighting settings can now be disabled to fix it.

Strange... I found streamingsectors for Sandra's quest interior. Meshes, decals, collisions and so on, but nothing related to the lighting(like envprobe or something like that)

Interior lighting is baked
You can't change that
The rescue mission has windows that let light in using light channeling that's why you see it changing when you change the env otherwise it's baked
Now to what I mean by baked
I mean that nothing controls the baked lighting it's all pre baked when you hit build in the engine
Every update the game lighting gets rebaked
This means every update the lighting mod might look off and there is nothing you can do about it
Cdpr didn't do the lighting for cp77 they hired a studio that did it for them the 2018 demo lighting is their own in studio lighting

Eh, it looks how I think it ought to. Vanilla has a whole vibrant, harsh look to it, which would be fine, but it's overdone. Null's oranges and yellows are also an improvement.

@timid hemlock Its not a mod I did though. Its a combination of Spicy's E3 Hud and Compass and Huditor to move them around however you want. I just made it look like both 2018's and 2019's Hud.

So just go through and see if anything looks like it could alter it and try getting rid of it.
