Destiny Knot and Power items in Breeding

I don't know how the Destiny Knot and Power items work together.
Ex: If the male holds a Destiny Knot and the female holds a Power Anklet, which stats will the baby inherit? Will it get the Speed stat from the female and 3 other stats from the parents?

so the game first choses 3 stats at random (it can also be the stat that has the power item)
After choosing the stat the game then choses the parent at random.

For ex - one parent is ditto (with power anklet) and other is gible with destiny knot

The game can choose any 3 stats at random

Let it be atk def and speed in this case

If the ditto has 28 atk stat and gible has 29 atk stat

The game chooses one parent at random

And the offspring gets the atk stat of that parent (29 if gible and 28 if ditto)

And being the power anklet the power item it's not guaranteed that the game will choose other 3 stats excluding speed

It CAN also choose speed as inherited stat

Usually in main line games destiny knot chooses 5 stats but to balance things out it's 3 in the bot
