Nerf for the Rare Pokemon Ping

Make the rare pokemon ping longer.

Meaning: Increase the time between the pokemon spawning, and the ping being sent out

Reason: The ping being so fast promotes sniping and that blatantly evident. Making it longer allows for people who actually enjoy catching to be able to have a chance at rare pokemon, instead of constantly being sniped by people just sitting and waiting for a ping

It demotivating that this bot is so fun yet is made very demotivating and unfun cuz everytime something rare spawns it gets sniped by someone cuz they arent even interacting with the bot and are just waiting for a ping to click and one that tells them exactly what spawned

But if i wanna be nuclear, just remove the rare ping all together, the other pings are fine and cool, just the rare ping is responsible for the catching chats (incense) being mostly dead i feel.

This is only my like 3rd day here so i dont really know, this could be just a slow week, but just what ive noticed

It sucks too that everything gets caught when you aren't catching anything with a lot of value

Like 90% of the rares that get caught aren't valued much except for if they're 90+ or -10iv
