In short there should be 5 star raids in globals which are winnable
For example phero and piople many morw soloable raids
Rewards should include
Top 3
1 redeem
15/20 shards
Hyper potion 7/8
Raid pass
Top 5
15/20 shards
Hyper potion 4/5
Raid pass
Top 10
5/10 shards
Raid pass

In mine opinion healing potion should be given to everyone joining raid since everyone use there pokemon
Healing potion can be
hyper for tops
Super for rest
