I think tournaments would be a great thing to have, my suggestion is there should be 3 types of tournaments 1 is the beginners tournament, this requires no gym badges to join, you just need a good team with good IV and lvl pokes, tournament 2 is the advanced tournament you need half of the gym badges to enter this tournament, and must have some good pokes on your team too, tournament 3 is the champion tournament, you must have all gym badges to enter this tournament and a team of duel worthy pokes, by winning the champion tournament you can challenge the pokemon bot champion for his/her title, rewards for tournaments can depend on the type of tornament, Credits, Shards, Crates, Legendaries, Shinys are all valid rewards it all depends on the type of tournament and how intense it was and also only 1 Gmax poke per player allowed in their teams, and no gmax allowed in beginner tournaments this will have people choose wisely and play it smart instead of just using all Gmax Pokes.
