For example it's really hard for new players to get into raids becuase they have to do over 500 dmg or they get banned and they can't always do that. And if the bot doesn't recognise they joined the raid even tho they did they also get banned. Adding a 3 strike system would mean that they no longer have to wait the 12 hour ban out. But if they get 3 strikes then the ban is still 12 hours. If someone gets 6 strikes then the ban goes to 24 hours
