first of all, is it petg, or highspeed petg, creality sells both?
the profile for the hi that creality made is a good start make a test print(a cube for instance not a benchy, that comes later)
So you can compare with changed settings.
2nd : its always wise to run the flow calibrations when using the filament for the first time and make a testprint. cmpare the 2 prints.
3rd: Make shure your filament is dry.
Also usualy you start slow if the printer doesn't have the optimal settings yet, It's not worth it running on high speed and clogg the thing or print spaghetti.
