Is that the orientation in which you printed them ?
I usually print these ironman lips like this, that way i only have to deal with the remanence of the bottom ridge supports.
This is the lip of the Vek3d / Walsh3D mark 85 helmet.
I see usually I print them like this and it works
this is the way it looks when i print it my way. the top ridge here is actually the bottom ridge that is on the plate with some support.
And most important, no post print work has been done, only broke loose the supports on that ridge. perfectly smooth. and i get the same result on my H2D, K1-Max and on the neptune 3 max that i had
