#Neptune 3 Max not showing Folders + SD Card Question

I have an Elegoo Neptune 3 Max 3D Printer, and am trying to set it up. One thing that bothers me about it, is that it doesn't show any folders on the SD Card, just files on the main directory. This is quite annoying as I much prefer sorting things for ease.
Is this normal for that printer? My Ender 3v1 shows folders even, so I can't imagine such a basic QoL would be skipped over on a printer years ahead.

Additionally, the SD Card that came with the printer stopped working. It works as a basic SD Card, but it isn't getting recognized as anything in either my Ender 3 or N3M. I have tried reformatting it, but to no avail. What can I do to properly get it to read in my printers?

I reformatted the drive again in windows 10 (fat32 / 4096 things), I copied over the working SD Card contents to it, and oddly there was a mysteriously hard-present (even in the face of literal volume deletion and reformatting) system vol info folder that was completely invisible (even w/ hidden folders on, but you can enter it via the bar), which had two files that could not be modified or deleted.
Managed to delete it via command prompt. But there was no fix.

This SD card I am beginning to feel is very poor quality

#

And.. regarding the folder issues, after doing more research, it is appearing that this is actually just a thing the N3M lacks. What a shame.

yeah try a diff sd card

#

also if you put over 25 characters iirc on the sd card it can break it in the touchscreen ui

Very interesting

#

And yeah, despite my efforts I could not use the sd card, so I likely will just get another one

#

I have my other one, but i have 2 printers lol

I also heard the N3M flat out doens't show more than 25 files

Crystal Disk Info is only showing the boot drive, not any of the SD cards

#

Is there a way for me to have the app view them?

#

It seems I was thinking of the wrong variant, I neded Crystal Disk Mark, lol
