on the A1 prin,ter i am printing a max height, item, but just after it is over 20cm it seems to hit the model. hard break then start the layer again and finish, it seems to do this on ever layer - currently printing a 2-day print and done want to stop lol - does anyone know what is causing this or a preventative measure in future prints that are higher than 20cms

i thought it was hitting but after watching it is making a break noise , could this be the belt slipping or something like that - its a new printer about 2 months of printing so far ?
