Sorry if Im using the wrong channel its just that this is a pretty specific question.
Im currently prepping all the materials Ill need to 3d print a helldivers cosplay. Ive got almost everything except I dont really know how to do the visor. I know that the files come with a visor buck and a lot of people use PETG sheets (but amazon also has PET so it it that different?) and use heatguns to bed them around the visor buck. But I have no idea what thickness I should get. I see a lot of people using anything from 0.4 mm to 2 mm. Im not sure how much this matters but I dont have a lot of money to get this wrong. Ive attached links to some that I thought might work. Im mainly worried about the thickness and how much it matters.

Yes, absolutely different. You want PETG

Do you know how much the thickness matters?

Anything above 0.6mm stats to get really expensive, but if its that important then Ill get thicker ones.

Sorry I don't. I do resin printed visors instead of vacuum form. I pay attention to the chat somewhat. I know that the same reason they add glycol ( the G in PETG ) is to aid in its flow and flex for printing is the same reason you want it for vacuum forming... But I don't do VF myself.

I want to say most folks are in the .4 range. Going thicker tends to be overkill, make it harder to work. I think its .4, but should be some YouTUbes that can confirm it
