I think you mean this, so you have to find a paint shop that sells the duplicolor range.
I dont know if duplicolor is available in the USA. It is in Europe, maybe he got it in the UK, before he moved back to the States.
I think though any automotive primer filler will do, i myself use Motip

If you live in the USA you might have easy access to Rust-Oleum Filler/Primer, that is also something frank has used in the past.
