im trying to make my height smaller but i don't know how does anyone have Armorsmith and can tell me

Use the Close button when your issue is resolved.

on the bottom right there is a dialog window called property grid, scroll down and you see "Overall Height (scale)" click the field and enter the height you want.

If you change overall height it will change all the individual heights that add up to your total. Is that what you want to do?
Usually, I find it better to fix A + B + C + D so they add up to your correct E (overall height).
