Have you made a helmet that fits you well before? Once you’ve made one, you can use that to scale other helmets to fit you well
If you haven’t before, I would look at using test rings or Uncle Jessy’s cosplay calipers to get you into the ballpark of the right scale
i havent made one before no im new to printing😅
I'd urge you to not start at a helmet. I know they're all the rage but you really want to build up your skills before printing the beauty part that everyone photographs and stares at.
Start with the props that go with your cosplay to learn the art of printing, the science of your settings for strength etc. Then go from there
