Every time the helmet is enclosed position it will not open, but when it’s in the open position trying to close it closes halfway stops and then drops down to closed

How much infill did you use on the Faceplate ?

Did you properly align the faceplate and servos before attaching the arms ?
The steps to setup the helmet:

1: Disconnect the servo arms from the servos

2: Power up the ALISHA Board (whichever you are using), the code should rotate the servos into the "closed" (helmet down) position, and the LED eyes should light up.

3: DO NOT disconnect the power and DO NOT rotate the servos by hand, carefully while the LED eyes are on and the servos are in their down position, re-attach the servo arms to the servos so that the arms and faceplate bracket are in the down position as if the faceplate is closed. Make sure not to move the servo gears when re-attaching the arms.

4: Press the switch you are using and the servos should now rotate correctly with everything attached into the upward (faceplate) open position and they LED eyes should be off.

Remember, whenever the LED eyes are on, the Faceplate is closed and the servos should be in the down position.

When the LED eyes are off, the Faceplate is open and the servos are in the up position.
