Ok so I am new to printing and I want to invest in a printer. I have been looking for the past week or so at printers and I’m scared to spend 300$ on something that might not be the best purchase. I see a lot of people talking about the longer LK5 pro but I have seen some reviews talking about fire hazards and exposed wires. The printer that pops up when going to Amazon is the flow forge but most people complain about the size of the build plate. I am looking for an FDM printer and I would love any recommendations or sources. My budget is right around 400. I’m mainly looking for a good starting printer. That can make little toys but also make cosplay stuff once I am ready to attempt bigger projects
