Hi I’m relatively new to making props and was wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks for hiding where you’ve welded two prints together?

Depends on how you have welded, I normally weld on the inside of the prop then leave the top surface alone so no weld and then just use some wood filler or spot putty on the join. This makes it easier to cover with no visible join line. If you have welded on the top surface you can sand it smooth and use wood filler.

This was in 4 pieces and joined using the method above, and is still together now over a year later.

I've done like @pastel siren says, try to weld on jsut the inside, but if both sides are welded, try to sand the weld smoother, then use wood filler or bondo or something to cover the area and sand it smooth. Might take multiple rounds of filler and sanding.
