Please provide as much information (images, video, description) as you can. This will increase the chance that someone can help you with your issue.
Use the Close button when your issue is resolved.
Depending on what you mean by bad you may be able to sand just the clear off with a wet sand and respray a new clear.
If there is no reaction or damage to the colours under the clear it can be done, but has to be carefully as you don’t want to take it through the colour coat as well.
The clear coat had a run on the side
Let it cure, then sand down say 320 to 400 grit, clean it up and then respray
