#Ender 3 Pro Z-Offset problems

Okay, so here it is: I inherited an Ender 3 pro. It's running Marlin 1.0.1.
It's worked pretty well, but it really needs a new nozzle. Fair enough. But the nozzles I keep finding are too long, though they say that they are compatible with the printer. I figured I do a new Z-offset, like I can do with my Max Neo.

I can't seem to find how to do it, and articles online don't appear to be helpful.

Halp?
