I was taking out the wires for the old fan and I got to this and I don’t know what to do.
I don’t want to risk breaking anything else and I don’t know how to take the wires from the white thing

Cut the wires of the broken fan and put a new one there. Use some solder if you need and most importantly heat shrinks

So do I have to pull the red and black wires from the white thing
