#Printer removes all filament during print section

During my print it would reach a certain layer height and it would remopve all the filament and continue to print like normal. how do i fix this, i saw reddit post saying that someone discontected their filament sensor since they were using a black petg filament and it would sort of happen to him, i tried this but didnt work
