#Odd Troubles with Support Structures in Cura

So, I am trying to print a Shell, and have found an idea way to support the roofing. However, there is one part of the model in which the slicer tries to generate impossible support structure. I cannot print my shell using this support due to that.
I have it set to use a low support density to save on filament cost and time, but I fear this is causing the issue to occur.
Is there a way to manually place support down, or would I need to use a different slicer to do that?
In the below images, the structure I refer to are the circles it is trying to generate to support a hole above. There is very little support below this which is what I am worried about
