This is normal, this is how all the top layers come out, you're gonna have to sand and prime it, maybe apply wood filler, like Frank teaches

It also depends on the orientation that you the model was placed on your slicer. If you place the helmet upside down where the top is resting on the bed, then you will get a few bad layers, especially after removing the supports.
