so i just have 1 servo and a button wired up to an offbrand nano and the crashworks code. the servo doesnt seem to respond to the button press and only moves a few degrees every few seconds. i uploaded the basic blink code to the board to test it, and it seems to work fine. i can send a video later, and any help is appreciated

Are you using a normal type Nano with the ATmega328p chip ? Or a Nano "Every", which is a completly different type of Nano, and not compatible with the Crashworks code.

Also would be helpful if you shared a picture of how you have evertyhing wired up and what you are using to power it with.

im powering it with a 5v, 10,000mah battery pack

Is there a label on the battery pack, it should tell you how much current it puts out something like:

5v (2.1A) or 5v (3A)

#

The 10,000mah is a time measurement not a measure of how much power the bank actually puts out

yeah 2.4 A

Two thing to try:

Try another USB cable, some USB cables limit the amount of power they can deliver and can only really handle data.

Try a different servo, make sure the servo you are using (MG90s or SG90s) is the correct type. It must be a 180 degree servo, the 360 degree servos do not work with the code.
