Whenever I try to print something the filament won’t stick to the plate. I’m using an Ender 3 Max with Hatch Box 1.75 mm PLA filament. I extrude at 220°C and have the build plate at 70°C. I always make sure to level the plate before printing and I know for a fact that all of my screws and wires are connected in the right place. I have the print speed set to 100 mm/s if that helps.

Dude...
Why so hot on bed and filament? O.o
Also did you clean your bed? if so with what? Ender 3 max has the creality glass bed. Still have that? @sour bobcat
I cleaned it yesterday with 70% isopropyl alcohol
bad.
Creality beds dont like IPA
use window cleaner with a mircro fiber cloth... and lower your damn temps.... too high for pla... 200/60 are a nice safe zone until you need to temp towers.
and make sure to level the bed and print a bed level test to see if you need to tram the bed some. (adjust the knobs as it prints.)
Thank you
Will this work or is there a different type you recommend?
should be ok
