Hey @gritty marsh, thank you for contributing to this forum.

Clean your bed with 90% or higher isopropyl alcohol. Also make sure you have no big drafts in the room. If you have cool air blowing over the printer that can cause your prints to cool and release from the bed
Ahhhhh I did have my window open last night! That may have been it as it’s a new printer
I still suggest going to Walmart or somewhere and getting a bottle of high percent ipa to clean the bed. It doesnt have to be 99% but even 91% will do. I like to just wipe down the surface of my bed every maybe like 5 or 6 prints. Also it's worth wiping down if you have touched the bed with your hands. The more you touch the bed you will deposit oils and dirt from your hands in the bed and that can mess up adhesion overtime
what are your temps? if no ipa warm soapy water will do for now. make sure its also leveled.
Temps are 200 for nozzle and 60 for bed, it’s all leveled but I’ll see what cleaning it does, I’ve never had this issue before with my Ender 3 but as it’s closer to my window maybe that’s causing an issue
Prob. Did you get ipa?
Also run a bed level print test
Just heading home from work so I’m gonna see if I can pick some up.
And yeah I’ve done so many and it’s settling fine, but part way through the print is when it starts to lift
