#Crashworks AM6 In MK85 Helmet

I recently bought a Crashworks AM6 board for my MK85 helmet. After wiring everything I’ve been having this problem where I click the switch and the helmet does not stay closed or open. It just opens and closes really fast as the video shows. The lights also do not stay on when powered up, which they did earlier so I am not sure why that is happening. I’ve triple checked my wiring and it looks all correct. I do not have the helper arms attached yet but even when I tested the servos before installing everything, it was doing this. Does anyone know what is wrong? Could it be the coding? Any help is appreciated.

What are you powering the board with ?

What type of switch are you using ?

Close up pictures of your wiring, switch connections , and power supply would be extremely helpful.

I had a similar issue and it was power. It would work with no load on the servos fine but once it was all connected it would cycle weirdly like your video sometimes. I had a 2amp battery and it wasn't enough. Switched to one that's 2.4amp and no issues since. The way I confirmed that issue was I hooked it up to a 3amp usb charger as a test unless you have another battery to try.

Are you using MG90s (180 degree servos) ? The MG90s servos come in two types , there are MG90s (360 degree) servos and they are not compatible.

Im guessing the code might be corrupted, no offense to Crashworks3d which makes AWESOME works and i also bought an am3 which works beautifully, but this is why i prefer to make my own circuits, so i can work all the way through starting from the beginning. I think that @zinc citrus could help you recoding the ATTiny85 if that's really the problem
