having some trouble leveling

I bought a anycubic kobra plus back in September. I’ve been printing lots of stuff ever since but now it’s quite leveling right. I bought this with excitement because of its auto level features but it’s not quite going right. I have the z off set set to .55 and it holds for a moment but then pops off after just a minute. I put it at .50 and that made it too low. If you have any recommendations of how to troubleshoot this more effectively I would appreciate it. Thanks

Could be something in your gcode resetting the z-offset, or maybe the setting isn't really getting saved to your printer, or your z-leadscrews are loose or something. More explanation of the issue, please, and if you can post pictures of what is going on on the screen or the printer.

I feel so dumb that I didn’t check any of that, I got logged out of cura and that was my issue, thank you very much for the help
