i have the board and wires the neopixels to a connector but it doesnt make em light up am i doing smth wrong sorry confused

Is everything set up to a power supply? What code are you using? Any more pics?

eveything is hooked up with a usb power bank and penolpe

i useing the code it came with

The code that comes with the ALISHA MK-XI is not setup for NEO-Pixels. In order to use NEO-pixels the code needs to be updated.
