I have the same printer just stock and it looks like the tip of the BL touch tip is offset up 3.8 to 3.84 mm from the nozzle tip when it is collapsed up. This is the best rough estimate I could get.

There's a file in the release called "HMG7.3 ABL Offset measure.stl" that is ~2mm thick. The CAD diagrams shows a retracted tip and nozzle should have a 2.3~4.3 difference so use that tool and have the nozzle touching the bed but raise the probe until it is floating a bit higher than the markings:
