I have various problems and questions

1.what could have cause the print this badly?layer shift?print coming off the build plate?

2.Idk why I always get tons of stringing, I have changed the print temperature over and over and there is always heavy stringing happening, what can be causing it?

3.I have been looking for a camera to record and if possible live watch the print from afar if I can cause I'm always getting some issue with all my prints not one has gone right, I've been printing for a year gotten nowhere I need to be able to record the printing process to see what is going on please help and recomend

The printer is an ender 3 v2 neo btw with a magnetic build plate and 0.4mm nozzle and the slicer I use is creality which seems to have the issue that the print speed doesn't save and the printer automatically always shows 100mmps instead of what I put in the slicer

If I had to generalize all those symptoms into one cause:
Didn't really finsish settings up, dialing in the machine, the settings and the materials.
Most of that list of problems sounds like week 1 issues.... "I bought a machine on Monday and started printing armor on Tuesday" kinda stuff. That may not apply because you say you've had it for a year - but you also say you've gotten nowhere.
Sounds like a good time to back up to day 0. Watch a dozen "My first FDM printer" videos on YouTube as if you never owned one. Just pretend you've never had it since you've gotten nowhere.
Break the entire machine down and put it together again slow, steady, methodical. Every frame part against a construction square.
Dismantle the hotend. New nozzle. New Capricon tubing. Take an Exacto and clean all the teeth of the extruder gears since they're probably choked on debris. Start from a brand new machine, basically.
Then nuke all your settings. Start from scratch with esteps, flow, temperature towers, retraction towers, Benchy, All-in-one test.
