Filament won’t feed

This printer is an Anycubic Mega X. I’ve had this bond tech extruder for less than a year and it’s not feeding filament anymore. I’ve taken it apart several times now and cleaned the teeth and they are still in good condition. The gears all turn fine and it’ll feed if I give a little bit of pressure but it won’t feed by itself. Does anyone have any advice at all?
